Jen specialises in working with hormonal changes in women. Her expertise in the fitness industry includes her own body building transformation. This knowledge, plus her love of food ensures each client reaches their goals.

My true passion is to help others gain confidence and become their best selves. I believe I can help others achieve this through health and fitness.

I understand the importance of having a healthy mind and body as we progress through life and all life’s stages, whilst having a keen focus on supporting each individual through their fitness journey.

I myself have experience in transforming my body with food and fitness whilst prepping for a body-building competition. This unique experience showed me what the human body is really capable of.

It is my aspiration to pass on this knowledge and help people discover their true capabilities in order to achieve their own fitness goals in a fun and friendly environment.

Clients track progress and nutrition, complete workouts and receive habit reminders, through the convenient Vita Body app.

In our weekly personal training sessions, we focus on progressive overload to ensure change in body shape.

What you receive:

  • 1 x One on One PT with Jen per week

  • 1 x Small Group PT with Maddie per week

  • Training program every 4 weeks

  • Meal plan (1 for weekdays, 1 for weekend) every 4 weeks plus recipes and videos

  • Macro Calculation

  • Measurements & Progress Photos

  • Habits, mindset and accountability

How it works

To complement our sessions, clients receive access to the Vita Body app:

  • Track progress with measurements and photos.

  • Use the in-app chat for 24/7 accountability and support.

  • New Training Plan every 4 weeks to continue sculpting your body when you’re away from your Trainer. Follow the video demonstrations and notes Trainer notes. Record weights to ensure progression.

  • Follow your personalised Meal Plan. Nutrition is an integral part of weightloss and muscle growth. We educate our clients with recipes, meal preparation video tutorials, and how to use macro calculation as a tool to hit our goals.
