Workout together then coffee afterwards! Training with friends reduces the cost and increases accountability.
Group training (with two or more friends) is fast paced and interesting. Sessions combine power lifting, Pilates, machines, free weights, boxing and martial arts. This achieves tight abs, toned arms and fat loss.
App access is included to create consistency by following a training and nutrition plan when away from your coach. Making sure progress is achieved through tracking habits, measurements and photos,

Fitness incursions
Maddie runs 45min fitness incursions for Toowoomba vacation care centres.
Fitness with a focus on FUN! Get stronger - burn energy - finishing the session with kids yoga & meditation.
$8 per child. Equipment & Music provided. Trainers with current Blue Cards
Skills achieved: team building through tug-of-war, strength through animal based exercises (ZUU), agility through obstacle courses, calm through breath work.
