Mads works with women wanting to juggle all aspects of their life exercise, food habits, sleep and stress. She helps create a plan, then implement and keeps accountable so habits are created. Maddie specialises in pre and post natal training.

I have been training with Maddie for 3+ years. Her training style is amazing. She never asks you do to anything you can’t do while encouraging you to push yourself so one day you can do it.

I have been a member of different gyms for close to 10 years with trainers and I know that I would never have achieved the level of lifting and cardio fitness I have reached so far without Maddie’s guidance and the personal attention given both in my training sessions and the work that is put into plans for outside of PT training.

With Maddie’s challenging and rewarding pt sessions I am consistently hitting personal bests in lifts with a focus on technique to ensure it is done safely.
