Imagine this
You’ve hit a plateau, it feels as though you’re just getting by, and you haven’t been able to balance exercise, food, sleep and the leap to that next level you dreamed of… because there is no space to know what that is.
You juggle working, the kids, animals needs and time with your partner.
You’ve tried to exercise and eat well, though it’s overwhelming, plus sneak in self care… while trying to ignore the good dose of guilt that comes with it.
It’s no surprise you’re feeling restricted.
You’re desperately craving freedom. Freedom to have your own thoughts. Freedom to sit without interruption. Freedom to plan for your future and know that your plan will make your goal a reality. Freedom to connect with like-minded people who understand and relate to the juggle, and still want the best for you and themselves.
You’ve heard it before… you can’t pour from an empty cup. We take aligned action when we feel nurtured, fulfilled and alive.

Saturday morning we don our packs and set off in the dark to hike Mt Barney. Stopping every few hours we fuel up with the pre packed items we chose from home. After the 7-10 hours of hiking to the summit and back down, we will be ready for a feast and to relax. A delicious, nutrient-dense meal will be provided along with wine and chocolate.
Sunday is slow with optional stretching, foam rolling and breathwork or simply sitting with a coffee on the deck. Then a delicious breakfast that will inspire healthy nutrition long after the retreat is over. We say goodbye at 9am to ensure we’re home for the usual Sunday afternoon week prep.

There are 2 ways to ascend Mt Barney.
Traveling up the South East Ridge is more challenging due to the exposed ridgeline. This route is for advanced hikers, the views are better, but it does take you scrambling over rocks and you’ll need a head for heights.
We will take the South (Peasants) Ridge route, to ensure this is suitable for all fitness levels in our group. This will still be a challenging hike, just not as dangerous!! For our descent, we’ll follow Peasants Ridge back down to the carpark.
We can return at any point, if necessary.
-
It is too dangerous to hike in a thunderstorm, but we’ll hike to the saddle if it is a slight drizzle.
If the rain is too heavy, we’ll continue with our health & fitness weekend, featuring:
kombucha making
boxing/pilates
journalling & breathwork
health coaching

We have private and shared accommodation at this retreat. Sharing is cheaper and is an opportunity to make new friends. If you don’t wish to share a room with someone you don’t know yet, then book a private room.
There are three private rooms with double beds.
The other three rooms each hold two single beds.
